Protective casing
Step 1 - For first time users. Open protective casing. Remove lid. Calibrate your probe following the instructions in the booklet. There are 3 sachets with calibration solutions:
- pH 4.00 (red sachet)
- pH 6.86 (green sachet)
- pH 9.18 (red sachet)
Step 2 - Once device is calibrated, use your 250ml graduated cup and prepare 150ml of water from the tap you will likely use to water your plants from. If you use multiple water sources, run a pH taste for each. Keep track of the results.
Step 3 - Remove the lid and insert probe it in the water.
Step 4 - Wait 10 to 15 seconds fora stable reading. Some water sources may require longer to get measured. Wait until measurements are stable.
Step 5 - Based on your reading results, check for the pH scale outside your packaging.
Step 6 - Before every nutrition administration and regular watering sessions, measure your water pH and monitor results.
