We are not alone — and understanding this is the first step toward healthier plants and healthier ecosystems. This immersive workshop explores how to identify, diagnose, treat and manage the five most destructive indoor plant insects:

  1. Thrips (Thysanoptera);
  2. Spider mites (Tetranychidae);
  3. Mealybugs (Pseudococcidae);
  4. Aphids (Aphidoidea).
  5. Scales (hard shell - Diaspididae, soft shell Coccidae);

Rather than relying on aggressive synthetic chemicals, this course focuses on sustainable, science-based approaches that work with nature, not against it. We will find in nature who are the natural predators and how to harness their power in our plants favour.

You will learn to recognise early signs of infestation, understand insect life cycles, and identify the environmental conditions that allow these sap sucking insects to thrive. We will explore how habitat imbalance, stress, and poor plant health often create the perfect entry point for unwanted visitors.

Through hands-on demonstrations and practical guidance, participants will discover how to use eco-friendly products, essential oils, plant-based treatments, and preventative care strategies that protect plants without harming beneficial organisms, indoor environments, or surrounding ecosystems. The emphasis is on long-term resilience — strengthening plants, restoring balance, and minimising habitat disruption.

By the end of the workshop, you will have the confidence to respond calmly and effectively to infestations, make informed decisions, and care for your indoor plants in a way that supports biodiversity rather than contributing to ecosystem collapse.

A course designed for conscious plant owners who want effective results without compromising ecological integrity.

Limited spots available!
