No soil, no plants! Speaking about plant care without understanding soil is to miss the very foundation of life itself. This workshop invites you to step beneath the surface and explore soil as a living system — complex, dynamic, and essential to every healthy plant.
Through a balanced mix of theory and hands-on practice, you will learn to identify different soil types and understand how their biological, chemical, and structural properties interact to support plant growth.
We will explore the roles of microorganisms, minerals, organic matter, and structure, revealing how soil functions as both habitat and engine within larger ecosystems.
Participants will gain practical skills in selecting raw materials and crafting tailored soil recipes designed to meet the specific needs of different plant species and environments. By working directly with materials, textures, and compositions, you will develop a deeper, more intuitive understanding of soil health and resilience.
This workshop reframes soil not as an inert substrate, but as the foundation of all life — a living ecosystem of which we are an active part. Designed for those who want to move beyond surface-level plant care and cultivate a more informed, regenerative relationship with the living world.
Limited spots available!
📍 The course will be taught in English.
